She has advised clients — and negotiated with government officials — on such policy and regulatory issues as bilateral investment treaties, free trade agreements, financial sector reform, capital market transparency, sovereign debt restructuring rules, cross-border sales and trading liberalization, CFIUS, commodities speculation, sovereign wealth funds, US-China and US-EU financial services relations, data protection, sanctions and the entrance of China and Russia into the WTO.
